Radosław Chmura - "Industrial Property Law for Practitioners" (in polish)

The study includes the text of Single Act of 30 June 2000 on Industrial Property Law with clear presentation of successive changes and references to administrative acts and other interrelated acts, among others to international agreements and European Union legal acts. Titulatures enabling efficient search of interesting issues have been added to the articles. There are also useful registers in the study.

Due to the access of Poland to European Union on May 1, 2004, the regulations of the Access Treaty on industrial property law have been additionally presented in the study.
