Rados³aw Chmura - "Recht des intellektuellen Eigentums für Praktiker" (in polish)

Die Ausarbeitung enthält einen vereinheitlichten Gesetzestext mit einer übersichtlichen Präsentation der erfolgten Gesetzesänderungen und Verweisen zu Ausführungsvorschriften und anderen Dokumenten, darunter internationalen Verträgen und Rechtsakten der Europäischen Union. Den einzelnen Artikeln wurden Titelübersichten hinzugefügt, die eine effektive Suche interessierender Fragestellungen erleichtern. Es gibt auch hilfreiche Verzeichnisse.

Mit Hinblick auf den Beitritt Polens zur Europäischen Union zum 1. Mai 2004 wurden in die Ausarbeitung darüber hinaus die Bestimmungen des Assoziierungsvertrags bezüglich intellektueller Eigentumsrechte aufgenommen.
